For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a dreamer! someone who saw the world differently, questioned the norms, and believed there was more to life than what met the eye. But that perspective often made me feel like I didn’t belong. During my time in school, I felt misunderstood and out of place, as though I was searching for a world that didn’t yet exist.
This feeling of being an outlier sparked something deep within me: the desire to understand myself and my purpose. I began asking the hard questions: Why do I feel different? What is my role in this world? That journey inward led me to God and the realization that everything I’ve experienced, every challenge I’ve faced, has been preparing me for this exact moment.
I studied International Business at Ohio Wesleyan University, and while I didn’t complete my degree, the experience gave me valuable insights into global perspectives and the courage to chart my own path.
After university, I founded Visionary Marketing, a digital marketing agency where I discovered the power of storytelling and how it can inspire action and change.
Through years of reflection and prayer, God revealed my calling: to empower women to heal, grow, and step into their God-given identity while achieving financial freedom. I firmly believe that the foundation for a strong life lies in two pillars: knowing who and whose you are and developing financial literacy. These truths became the cornerstone of the Power to Make Wealth Community a space where women can thrive, inspire others, and create legacies that transcend generations.
I am here to redefine what it means to carry my last name, to change its legacy, and to help other women chosen to do the same in their lives and their communities. I want to be the change I want to see in the world and inspire others to do the same.
God has also placed a larger purpose on my heart: bridging the gap between the African Diaspora and the African Continent through philanthropy, business, and the arts. This mission fuels my work and reminds me daily of the African proverb;
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
